YARD WASTE-Please review the above yard waste/lawn debris guide. HOA rules do not allow for contractor lawn debris to be left on the property. It must be removed the same day by the landscaper. Waste Management will not pick up and specifically will not pick up from an empty lot. The Board of Directors thanks you for your cooperation.
REMINDER-Please be courteous to your neighbors and pick up after your pets do their duty. Thank you!
REMINDER-GATE ENTRY: No commercial work is allowed in Cobblestone or Stuart West on Sunday and certain Holidays, (Emergencies to be approved through security). The revised Holidays include: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas day. Contractors are allowed into the community M-Sat from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Nov-April and M-Sat 7 a.m.-7 p.m. May-October.
Speed Limit-There have been numerous complaints about speeding throughout the neighborhood. Please adhere to the speed limit of 25 mph within the local streets and 30 mph on Stuart West Blvd. Thank You!
